OUR VISION
When God first called us to go to Japan our vision was simply to get there. In the years since we first heard the Call, our vision has sharpened and taken on shape. We have been blessed with a variety of skills and interests that we believe will be used to change the spiritual landscape of Japan.
Below are just a few of the many ways we feel God is calling us to serve.

The Nihongo Worship Project
Worship has always been at the heart of both our ministry and our relationship. While we both enjoy the vast number of truly powerful worship songs in the U.S., we also recognize the lack of similar Christian music in Japanese. It is not unusual for churches in Japan to be using the same collection of translated-from-English songs that they've been using for 20 years.
It is our goal to provide new, original worship songs that are written in Japanese and target the heart of Japanese believers. With your support we will be able to compose, record and produce music that will lead the next generation of Japanese believers into the presence of God.
And while Esther is a gifted worship leader and songwriter, it is our goal to extend a helping hand to any Japanese worshiper who has a song that needs to be heard, offering our services to help compose and record the music that God has placed on their heart.

Togura Christ Church
For the past 30 years, David and Naomi Robbins have served tirelessly to bring the Gospel to the people of Japan. Their church, Togura Christ Church, is located in the small town of Togura Japan, 30 minutes outside the city of Nagano in the Japanese Alps..
The people of Togura Christ Church are our family. Many of the church members have known Esther since she was a child and we are looking forward to being with them soon.
We know that God will use us to help this congregation to grow and flourish as it shines within the spiritual darkness of Japan.

Small Business
One of the things we believe God has been preparing us for is a move into the world of small business. Since arriving in Japan, Esther has moved into the area of childcare, opening an English language kindergarten in our area.

Over the next two years we will be stepping out in several fields, allowing us to grow businesses that will support the local church and provide a Christian workplace for believers in Japan.
